I found a video from about a month ago on my phone. Bryant really likes to watch it, so I thought I would share it...Go Cats Go!
A couple weekends ago, Bryant and I did some grocery shopping and when I got home I went to run a few errands around the house before I put the groceries away. I came back to the living room to find this:
At least he chose the healthier option:) That weekend, we also decided to go see the new exhibit at ExplorationWorks. We learned all about nanoscience and also built carbon atoms.
The weather had been so nice the past week, so last Friday we headed to Downtown Helena for an ice cream cone. Bryant definitely approved!
We also found some play equipment on our stroll through downtown.
Saturday was another Monster Truck building day and this time Bryant invited his friends, Gage and Ryder, to come too.
So intense! |
So hard to get them all to stand by each other and show their monster trucks!
And with warmer weather comes lawn mowers. I love Bryant's face in this picture...you can't drive a tractor without making the appropriate driving sounds:)
Bryant's been loving the warmer weather and would spend every ounce of his day outside if we let him. So on Sunday, we decided to let him try his bike outside. We told him we would go to the mailbox and he was determined to make it all the way to the mailbox without any help. He was a little more brave than Travis and I were ready for - it is harder to see in the videos, but there was a couple of times where he lifted his legs up and was just cruising downhill!
We've been measuring Bryant's height about once a month and when he was around 2, he was growing about an inch a month. That started to slow down and I didn't even mark the difference between January and February because it was so minimal. I've had a lot of comments lately about how tall Bryant looks, so I measured the other week and he grew at least an inch since February! So for anyone that was concerned about Bryant not wearing a helmet on his bike, he wanted to but the one we got him last year is already too small. We will be getting him a new one before the next round of biking!
We've also been making some progress towards potty training and it has only taken some bribing with a potty treat basket full of goodies from the dollar store! We still are nowhere near close to being potty trained, but I can see a faint light at the end of the tunnel:)
