To get ready for Easter, Bryant helped me bake some cupcakes. Doing things like this makes me realize I'm more of a perfectionist than I think. It's always really hard for me to let him be independent, but I let him fill up the cupcake pan. He did pretty well, but we definitely had a lot of variety in cupcake sizes:)
Garrett is still as happy as ever:) I have a video of him enjoying his bath time and talking away, but none of my videos will upload right now.
Saturday was our neighborhood Easter egg hunt. Bryant was so excited to push his brother in the stroller and to show him off to all the neighbors.
Not so excited to take a picture with all the neighbor kids, but he still did
He's always hesitant around older kids (hard to believe he's one of the youngest from how tall he is in the picture, but I think there was only 1 kid younger than him in the picture besides Garrett), but he did still manage to fill up his Easter basket and that made him one happy boy.
The older kids are always really nice and share some of the bigger toys that they find with Bryant. He was super excited for sidewalk chalk shaped like footballs!
This morning the Easter Bunny stopped by our house. Bryant kept walking by his Easter basket because he thought the Easter Bunny was going to hide it outside like he did for the neighborhood hunt. Once he finally found it, he was very happy.
The Easter Bunny was cold, so he hid eggs in our downstairs bedroom.
After finding so many eggs the day before, he asked "is that it?" after he found all 10 eggs...
We headed to Whitehall for church and time with Grandpa (poor Grandma wasn't feeling well). I think our boys dress up pretty well!
Garrett has started using his tongue a lot more so we're getting quite a few pictures of him sticking his tongue out.
Bryant was trying on his different clothes that Grandma and Grandpa brought back from their trip to Australia and New Zealand. He looks pretty cute in his beach shirt and rugby shorts and was definitely exhausted from 2 full days of fun.
Happy Easter!
