Baby Picture Comparison

We've been looking through our baby pictures and trying to decide who Bryant looks like.
Trav's picture is on the left and mine on the right

So who do you think Bryant looks like?  Besides looks, we have found some other similar stats between Travis and Bryant.  They were both 20 1/2 inches at birth and Travis was born at 7:01 pm and Bryant at 6:57 pm.

On another note, Bryant had his first doctor's appointment on Monday.  His doctor says that his future is so bright he needs to wear shades!
Okay...so we were just playing around in the doctor's office.  His doctor didn't really say that, but he is doing really well.  When we left the hospital, Bryant weighed 7 pounds 10.5 ounces and on Monday he was back up to 7 pounds 12 ounces.  We go back in on Tuesday and hopefully he'll be back up to his birth weight by then.

Meeting More Family

On Friday, Bryant got to meet his Uncle Ryan and Auntie Jen and cousins Zoey and Reagan.  He loved all the extra snuggles and was spoiled with tons of styling clothes!

Zoey was so good with her cousin and loved to give him kisses and hold his head

Grandma and Grandpa Handl made the trip up on Saturday, so we were able to get a picture of these proud grandparents with Bryant

Auntie Jen had taken some cute pictures when they were up on Friday that I just had to share
I love the face Bryant is giving his dad

The Newest Addition

Bryant Edwin Handl was born July 24th at 6:57 pm.  He weighed 8 lbs 1/4 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long.  He made us wait 4 days past his due date, but he is was definitely worth the wait:)  He has been blessed to meet so much of his family so far, but I'm off to a bad start with picture taking.  Here are some of his first encounters and stay tuned for pictures with Grandma and Grandpa Handl (lots of pictures taken - just not with my camera!)

Ready for his first ride home

Getting in the car seat was much more tramautic than the ride home.  Bryant did well and slept the whole way.  Dad was a little nervous and kept both hands on the wheel delivering his precious cargo home safely.

 Happy to be home

Bryant's first introduction to his new home

Although a little late, Bryant's timing was perfect to be able to meet Megan's Aunt Sheri and Uncle Carl from Colorado while they were up for vacation.

We feel so blessed to have such a special new addition to our family and can't wait for all the new adventures to come.  We love you little Bryant!
